At A~Star plastics, we have invested heavily into our production facilities to provide our customers with the best possible product. Currently, we have a total processing capacity of 25,000MT/Year across our two production Plants. These plants are equipped with, Our Processes:

This wide range of equipment allows A~Star Plastics to create custom compounds that meet the specific needs of its customers. For example, A~Star can create compounds with different colours, fire retardant properties, and impact resistance. The company can also create compounds with different melt flows, heat resistance, and UV resistance.

Blending to a homogenous batch in our Specialized Ribbon Blenders

Step 5

Blended materials undergo our extrusion process, which are gravity-fed from a top-mounted hopper into the extruder’s barrel, to be converted back to small plastic pellets, known as resin.

Step 6

Quality & Testing: Finished goods comply with various certifications such as ISO Standards, RoHS Compliance, ASTM etc. We conduct rigorous testing to ensure compliance with industry requirements and deliver materials that are safe and reliable for your use.

Step 7

Recycled Plastic resins as good as prime or virgin plastic materials are packed into standard 25KG resin bags or 750kg Jumbo bags.
